Creative intelligence leads to intelligent creative. Our Planners, Account Handlers and Creatives work together in teams on all accounts, something like this:

Information: we are steeped in as much information as possible about the brand, the product and the customer. We also 'interrogate the product' by experiencing it at first hand. We drive it, eat it, drink it, wear it, see it being made, sold, used - whatever is relevant.

Incubation: everything goes quiet for a bit. Nothing seems to be happening. But somewhere out of sight, ideas are forming...

Inspiration: when suddenly, the idea(s) burst out into the light of day and run naked down the street shouting.

Evaluation: but are they any good? The rational mind must examine them and see which are indeed earth-shattering and which perhaps not.

The creative intelligence we apply might, of course, lead to a marketing campaign; but it might equally spawn something entrepreneurial to help our clients build their business. Creative intelligence is not confined to one area of our agency, and we apply it to all areas of our clients' businesses. Here are some examples.

Similarly, the evaluation of ideas doesn't just happen at their conception, but again and again as they develop and go out into the world. We measure their ultimate success against the criteria we've already stated; do they make people do things they've never done before, and keep doing them, while telling their friends? And do they do this profitably for our clients?
